RSS is a family of web feed formats used to publish frequently updated digital content, such as blogs, news feeds or podcasts.
Through the use of this technology, customers and employees are able to "subscribe" to the entries in eMPATIX that are important for them.
For example, a customer can subscribe to information about and status of orders. A manager can subscribe to all the registrations of work hours made by employees, or to all the invoices that have been sent out.
This is a simple and effective method of keeping up to date on the processes in the company that are important for you.
