eMPATIX Request can be used on the Internet, Intranet or Extranet.
It reduces the need for e-mail and makes communication with and requests from customers available to those who have authorized access. Requests can be delegated and answered.
When a request is registered, the following data can be included:

- Type:
- Date: (automatic)
Further along in the process, the following can be filled out by the account manager or person who delegates the task to other employees:
- Target date for completion:
- Estimated no. of hours:
- Priority:
- Internal comments field:
- Desired starting date:
- Project/activity number:
- % completed:
- Status:
- Probability:
- Completed by:
- Approved by:
There are also separate spaces for:
- Comments
- Possibility of delegating tasks
- To indicate that "I" will handle the order
- Place a new request
Everything is logged and can be displayed under eMPATIX CRM. There are controls for the fields that the customer can view and those that can be viewed by the person handling the account. The customer can follow the handling of the account via the extranet, and the system can generate E-mail to the customer concerning status.
