Quota can be easily sent out to customers by email; the client may confirm acceptance of the quota by email. The quota can be changed while the client watches online, and the changes can be tracked.

When a quota is accepted, an order, subscription order and project are created automatically in accordance with the content of the quota - so that you only need to start the project or send an invoice--without having to retype any information. eMPATIX also manages all orders/subscription orders and projects that are obtained as accounts based on a quota, so that you always have a completely traceable history.
Quotas are assigned to a client, along with the degree of probability for acceptance of the quota. The client can, of course, accept the quota via Internet. You can change the quota while the client watches online and thus have an active dialogue with the customer over the Internet.

Process: Offer -> Order -> Pick & Pack Lists -> Invoice -> Accounting.

In the list of quotas, these are weighted according to degree of probability of acceptance in order to provide you with an overview of future pipeline.
  • If work hours are sold, they are projected as activities for a particular project
  • If products are sold, they are projected as a normal order
  • If licenses are sold, they are projected as subscription orders, since they will be invoiced at regular intervals
The close coordination of these processes provides you with full control, good reporting routines, high data quality and a minimum of work and follow-up on quotas/orders/sales.
