Create projects and activities associated with a customer, allow employees to log work hours for activities via web or mobile phone, invoice the projects.
The quality of invoices will be improved when employees register hours, expenses and travel invoices themselves; customers will be able to follow the number of hours registered by logging on to the Extranet, and they will also be able to see how much time has passed since the previous invoice.
You can retrieve deviation reports in order to see how the amount of time expended compares with the estimate using a color code: Green = ok, yellow = less than 10 % of the time remaining, or short time remaining until delivery deadline, red = excessive hours spent, or the project has missed deadline.
There are reports per project that provide an overview of the amount that has been invoiced for the project, the amount that has not been invoiced, contribution margins and average rate per hour. This provides the project manager with a solid overview of the project’s financial status.

Employees are given control over their own invoicing when they log hours, per day, since the previous payment date, or over a longer period of time. You are notified when the work being done does not correspond to wages allocated, and when the level of invoicing is lower than agreed per employee.
