eMPATIX Invoice, along with other eMPATIX modules, gives you a full overview of the most important processes in your company.An invoice can be registered in several different ways in the system, from the customer card, from the invoice module, on the basis of an order or offer, etc. It can be checked before it is sent electronically to the customer. The system registers whether the customer has seen the invoice. If he/she has not seen it, an invoice can be sent via regular mail. Customers can, of course, log in on the extranet and see all invoices they have received as well as whether invoices have been paid or not. If eMPATIX Order is used, you need only click the invoice button and an invoice will be created based on the order.In addition to this, there are reports for viewing:
- Sales per product
- Sales per customer per product
- Sales trends for the company
- Invoices that are overdue and that require reminders
The close coordination of these processes provides you with full control, good reporting routines, high data quality and a minimum of work and follow-up on offers/orders/sales.
Acceptance of offers generates sales orders, subscription orders and automatic creation of projects-- based on the products that are included in the offer. Statistics on offers/orders/invoices and invoice statistics can be retrieved by customer/product/period and so forth.
