All data are searchable based on user permission, which enables management to easily determine whether they have staff members with required experience and competence. They can further ascertain which projects a given employee is involved in, invoicing level, etc.
It’s given that the HR module is connected to several other eMPATIX modules like Pay, Project, Course , CRM and Person.
When connected to
eMPATIX CRM , communication with the person, such as telephone calls,
requests,
minutes of meeting, etc., is connected to the report.
