The courier (car, motor) access order/delivery details on his mobile phone, and can edit delivery information and change status by just clicking on color marked buttons. Easy to do, easy to learn, can use local language and minimum hardware requirement is a standard mobile phone which can connect to internet.
There are 3 ikon's for delivery status, Delivery order received, Delivery started and Delivery finish. When clicking the button, the status is changed automatically and we log when and who was doing this.

At the same time we are clicking the button, we will in the future get the position from the GPRS/3G/CDMA system. This require collaboration with Telecom operators that can and will deliver this information and the quality of position is depending on the operator an sort of system used. Addition expenses will accure depending on the Telecom operators service and price list for this sort of services.

Based on phone and browser being used it will be possible to take a phone, when the browser are on and automatically upload the phone to the webpage. This way a photo of the person receiving the package, together with the signature and package can be a part of the documentation.
